Same sex ‘marriage’ information evening to be held in Melbourne

The Victorian CYC invite you to hear four talks on the consequences SSM legislation will have over your workplace, school, church and family. Come hear what the media is not prepared to tell you.

Same sex ‘marriage’ (SSM) legislation may be introduced into Federal Parliament after the next election. If the Labor party wins it will introduce SSM legislation without Australians being given a say via a plebiscite. Should the Coalition retain government, a national debate will take place prior to a plebiscite. Orthodox Christians need to be fully informed on this matter. Perhaps never before has there been such a potential risk to our rights. After the talks in Sydney one person said: “I was shocked to hear of the repercussions of such legislation overseas. I never thought we would ever have such a threat to our civil rights in Australia.”
